She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Horne and Ann Arnett Horne; her son Cody Allen Bellow; and her brother Jack Horne. She is survived by: her husband Jack Davis Stacy; her daughter Sherri Russell (James) of Salyersville; her stepchildren, Abigayle Diane Stacy of Salyersville, Gwen Raelynn Grigsby (Anthony) of Hazard and Timothy Davis Stacy of West Virginia; her sister Gena Howard of Salyersville; her grandsons, Hunter Russell (Charlie) and Mason Russell; her stepgrandchildren, Brooklynn, Autumn, Reagan and Katelyn; her great grandchild Baylor Russell; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Emersyn, Easton and Liberty.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
