He was predeceased by : his parents, Ollie Bailey and Wonnie Bailey of Salyersville, Kentucky.; his grandson Andrew Morgan Bailey; and his siblings, Paul Bailey, Dorothy Seelig and Rose Conley.
He is survived by : his wife Marjorie Sue Bailey; his siblings, Michael Wilson (Faith) of Salyersville, Kentucky, Nita Maxwell (Greg) of Belleville, Michigan, Kimberly Wilson of Sevierville, Tennessee and Lucinda Brabson (Ben) of Sevierville, Tennessee.; his grandchildren, Jacob Maxwell (Jordan), Lorna Minix (Joshua), Abby Maxwell, Alana Ervin, Grace Bailey (Nathan Minix), Joshua Ervin, Morgan Wilson, Peyton Bailey, Caleb Wilson and Jack Maxwell; his great grandchildren, Riley, Mila, Demi, Willa Minix and Cain Minix; and his brothers, Carl, Roy and Ollie Bailey. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren.
