He was predeceased by: his parents, James White and Cleda Miller White; and his siblings, Orville White, Calvin White, Diane Puckett and Etta Faye Manns.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lean Spurlock White; his children, Kevin Wayne White (Kayla) of Salyersville and Melissa Duff (Ronnie) of Salyersville; his sisters, Debbie Holliday of Salyersville, Barbara Porter of Salyersville and Waynda Holliday of Kings Mountain; his grandchildren, Jagger, Channing, Preston, Ellie, Jasper, Ivy, Haley and Caitlyn; and his great grandchildren, Lakelyn, Saiya and Ryder.
