She is survived by: her close friend Terry Salyer; her son Leslie Wayne (Garlena Howard) of Salyersville; her sister Ella Mae (Rob Bailey); and her granddaughters, Brooklynn Howard and Leslie Howard of Salyersville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
