She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Renae Bolen (James) of Salyersville, KY; her siblings, Daniel Moore of Tennessee, Ricky Moore of Martin County, KY, David Moore of Tennessee, Ethel Moore of Martin County, KY. and Donna Jean Jarrell of Martin County, KY.; and her grandchildren, Jackson Bolen, Josie Bolen, JJ Sturgill, Zack Sturgill, Rosie Sturgill, Hannah Sturgill and Karley Sturgill.
