He is survived by: his wife Deloris Perkins; his children, Benjamin Allen Perkins (Ashley) of Prestonsburg, Ryan Gregory Neil Perkins (Rain) of Salyersville, Brent Thomas Perkins (Nick) of Paintsville, Nathan Alexander Perkins (Brianna Thomson), Cory Ryan Arnett of Salyersville, Brandon Lee Arnett of Berea, Ashley Lynn Arnett (Jackie) of Salyersville, Whitney Michelle Blanton (Shannon) of Salyersville and Brittany Nichole Perkins (Misty) of Prestonsburg; his siblings, William Paul Perkins of Salyersville, Billy Perkins of Urbana and Rebecca Kelly of Middletown; his grandchildren, Abagail, Tanner, Anthony, Derek, Kason, Jaxon, Jacklyn, Madison, Alexis, Scarlett, Paisley, Braxton, Riley, Andrew, Kadence, Chelsey, Jayden, Aubrey, Raelynn and Leilani; his friends, Rick and Anna Caldwell; and his pet Chip. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Life Worship Center (237 Rockhouse, Fork Rd, Salyersville, KY 41465).
