He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bailey and Clara Shepherd Bailey; and his sister Lois Ann Minix. He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Sue Bailey of Indiana, Angela Briem of Indiana and Jaimie McDonald of Indiana; and his siblings, Johnny Ray Bailey (Sheila) of Salyersville, Randy Bailey (Marcella) of Harold, Keith Bailey (Sherry) of Salyersville, Wilma Lee Goble of Prestonsburg and Sandy Wilson (David) of Frenchburg. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
