He was predeceased by : his parents, Corbett Bailey and Elizabeth Minix Bailey; and his sister Linda Patrick. He is survived by : his wife LaDonna Owens Bailey; his children, Tonya Fields (Woody) of Salyersville, Reginna Johns (Robert) of Union and Roger Elam (Tina) of Salyersville; his siblings, James Bailey of Cincinnati, Jackie Bailey of Salyersville, Pauline Jackson of Salyersville and Barbara Howard of Salyersville; his grandchildren, Alison Casebolt (Justin), Lance Fields, Jarrett Elam and Greyson Johns; and his great grandchild Collyns Casebolt.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions, in honor of Howard C. Bailey, made to the Lakeville Baptist Church or the Bluegrass Care Navigators at 161 Longview Dr., Pikeville, Kentucky 41501.
