He was predeceased by : his parents, Clyde Juniper and Dora Mullins Juniper; and his siblings, Barnie Juniper, Henry Rowe and Gail Rowe.
He is survived by : his wife Wilma Lea Manns Juniper; his children, Scott Juniper of Morehead, Pamela Cole of Salyersville and Melissa Juniper of Salyersville; his siblings, Chelmer Rowe of Salyersville, Elmer Rowe of Salyersville, Sam Rowe of Salyersville, Velma Rowe of Salyersville, Ann Manns of Salyersville, Dora Perkins of Salyersville and Jennette Moak of Indiana; his friend Euriac Wireman; and his grandsons, Austin Cole and Nathaniel Juniper.
