He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Jean Arnett Carty; his children, Melissa Carty Hines of Salyersville and Jeffery Neil Carty of Salyersville; his siblings, Donna Raye Yockel of Winter Park and Larry Carty (Mary) of Salyersville; and his grandsons, Christopher Neil Carty of New Albany and Trey Matthew Hines of Salyersville.
