He is survived by: his wife Natasha Cantrell; his son Jeff Jr. "Hot Rod" Cantrell; and his mother Teresa Gullett.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Salyersville Funeral Home (694 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In leau of flowers and gifts, contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
