He was predeceased by: his father Danny Mullins; his sisters, Stephanie and Latisha Mullins; and his niece Danika Karyce Salyer. He is survived by: his mother Sherry Mullins; his children, Sadie of Nevada, Cynthia Mullins of Nevada and Waylon Daniel Mullins of Bath County; his sister Lisa Salyer (Ricky); his nephews, Donovan Salyer (Breanna), Delano Kaiden Salyer of Salyersville and Cameron Collins of Morehead; and his great-nieces, Danika Michelle Salyer and Isabella Grace Salyer.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
