He was predeceased by: his father Martin J. Shepherd; his sister Debra Shepherd; and his grandparents, John Clay and Melva Jean Watkins. He is survived by: his mother Vickie Watkins Manns (Gary) of Salyersville; his children, Amy Minix of Salyersville, Jasmine Phipps of Dayton, Jacob Bailey of Dayton and Isaiah Watkins of Salyersville; and his granddaughters, Lanora Bailey of Salyersville and Layna Bailey of Salyersville.
