Karen Gipson Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2025, at the age of 59, Karen Gipson of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Brown and Kathleen McKenzie Brown; and her siblings, Ray Brown, Curtis Lee Brown, Aaron Brown and Brenda Gipson.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald "Daniel" Williams of Kentucky, Chrisopher Williams of Michigan, Trever Joseph Rodesiler (Jessica) of Indiana, Amber Luella Rodesiler (Dennis) of Michigan and Haley Mae Rodesiler (Josh) of Michigan; her siblings, Lennie Brown of Oklahoma, Owen Brown of Staffordsville, Alden Brown of Salyersville, Dwayne Brown of Indiana, Linda Crisp of Oklahoma and Mary Evelyn Brown of Michigan; her grandchildren, Paige, Brooklynn, Brayla, Greyson, Mephis, Mavarick, Brevin, Zayden, Elaina and Makayla; and the father of her children Daniel "Boone" Rodesiler (Charles Gipson). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home Chapel (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465).
