He was predeceased by : his parents, Amos Bailey and Lona Smith Shepherd Bailey; his daughter Martha Marlana Rife; and his siblings, Alexander Shepherd, William "Bill" Shepherd, Robert Shepherd, Floyd Pete Shepherd, James "Pango" Bailey and Geraldine Combass.
He is survived by : his close friend Melissa Rife; his daughter Marissa LaShae Bailey (Tyler) of Royalton; his granddaughter Maleah Bailey; his sister Kathy Bailey of Paducah; his nieces, Mary Rose and Heather Bailey; and his close friends, Ray Bailey and Cindy Bailey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
