He is survived by: his children, Eddie Lee Patrick of Salyersville, Leondus Patrick II of Mash Fork, Theresa Patrick Fields of Palm Bay and Rhonda Gale Patrick Bowers of Lawrenceburg; and his siblings, Ashland Patrick of Johnson Fork, Thelma Green of Salyersville and Mable Arnett. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
