He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Patrick and Pauline Risner Patrick; and his brothers, Lawton Patrick and Lawson Patrick. He is survived by : his children, Jennifer Spencer (Anthony) of Morehead, Joanna Patrick of West Liberty, Heather Meade (Brian) of Salyersville and Jermiha Brown of Salyersville; his brothers, Larry Patrick of Salyersville, Louis Patrick of Salyersville and Louie Patrick of Salyersville; his grandchildren, Laken Barker, Jordan Barker, Gabrielle Caudill and Breanna Salyer; and his great grandchildren, Everly Hall, Easton Hall, Ryker Caudill and Rhylee Caudill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
