It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mitchell D. Keeton (Salyersville, Kentucky), who passed away on July 6, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Keeton and Etta Rigsby Keeton; his brother Clifford Keeton; and his nephews, Kevin "George" Keeton and Austin Keeton.

He is survived by: his wife Diane Patrick Keeton; his daughter Kristie Nysha Keeton Helton (Kerry Dale) of Salyersville; his brothers, Hobart Keeton (Phyllis) of North Carolina and Michael Keeton of Morehead; his grandchildren, Christian Lindsey Stacy of Salyersville and Kennedi Nysha Stacy of Salyersville; his great grandchild Tatum Gray Stacy of Paintsville; and his close friend Mark Brown.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Salyersville Funeral Home (694 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465). A masonic service was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
