He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" West and Patty Crace West; his daughter Megan Carol Hardin; his siblings, Frankie West and Ella Mae West Davis; his half-sister Virgiline Markland Davis; his aunts and uncles, Kathleen Adams, Barbara Arnett, Whistle Arnett, Larry Adams and Lloyd Crace; his parents-in-law, Walter and Emma Hamilton; and his nephew Tyler West.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah "Debbie" Hamilton West; his children, Walter "Wally" Hardin of Salyersville and Isabella Davis of Salyersville; his brother Johnny West (Kathy) of Lexington; his half-siblings, Randy Markland and Lisa Markland Fogle of Mt Sterling; his aunt Valerie Crace of Georgetown; and his cousins, Jennifer Wireman, Steve Arnett, Jeff Arnett and Gerald Crace.
