He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Menifee Patrick and Lola McCarty Patrick; his daughters, Regina and Jeannie Porter Salyersville (Petey); his siblings, Mearline Risner of Salyersville, KY, Viola Lamb (Gilbert) of Marion, OH, Joy Clark (Ralph) of Prestonsburg, KY, Jewel Stone (Bob) of Somerset, KY, Carolyn Penix (Rich Trudeau) of Ithaca, NY, Beverly Brown (Brian) of Laurel, Rita Arnett (Lowell) of Salyersville, KY, Loretta Wade (Chuck) of Belleville, OH., AB Patrick of Irvine, KY, Paul Keith Patrick (Margaret) of Cecilia, KY, Dwayne Patrick of Salyersville, KY and Scott Patrick (Tammy) of Salyersville, KY; his stepbrother Terry; his grandchildren, Chasta (William), Alisha (Billy), Carrie, Steven Collett (Lyndsay) of Salyersville, KY, Matthew, Andrew, Kaden Collett of Salyersville, KY, Zach (Madison) and Skyla Ann; his great grandchildren, Morgan Howes, Addison Collett, Tinley Collett, Elijah Howes, Daniel Crabtree, Aubrey Porter and Everlee Porter; his wife Fayrene Farris Patrick; his brother Jim Randell Patrick (Wilma); his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Patrick and Elizabeth Pierce; and his son-in-law Steve Collett.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Magoffin County Funeral Home (900 Parkway Dr, Salyersville, KY 41465). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lakefront Church of God.
