He is survived by: his parent Wellington "Bud" Howard; his wife Linda Wallen Howard; his sons, Brian David Hickman (Drema Joyce) of Salyersville and Jeremiah Howard of Salyersville; his siblings, Matthew Howard of Paintsville, Elaine Howard of Louisa, Sheri Howard of Salyersville and Marisa Brown of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Landon Jeremy Howard and Abbie Jean Howard.
