He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Tibbs Hackworth of Prestonsburg; his children, Mandy Hackworth of Ohio, Stephanie Hackworth of Ohio and Michael David Brown of Prestonsburg; and his siblings, Darlene Jenkins of Ohio, Sue Meyers of Ohio and Carl Hackworth of Ohio.
