He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie Junior and Pearlie McKenzie Williams; and his brothers, Ricky Williams and Ronnie Williams. He is survived by: his girlfriend Roxie Howard; his children, Jennifer Mullis of Georgetown, Jessica (Matthew Porter) of Georgetown, Vanessa Williams of Salyersville, Ryan Walker Blanton of Indiana, David Howard of Salyersville, Tommy Howard of Salyersville and Thomas Howard of Salyersville; his sisters, Carolyn Curtis of Flat Gap, Wanda Barnett of Salyersville and Eunice Castle of Paintsville; his grandchildren, Angel Mullis, Isabelle Mullis, Skyler Perkins, Tristan Porter, Colton Porter and Callie Porter; and his great grandchild Adeline Faith Moore.

In lieu of flowers, family has requested contributions made to the memorial fund at the Magoffin County Funeral Home.
