He is survived by : his parent Juanita Henson (Ladonna Gail Roark); his children, Charles Tyler Alsept, Zackery Dean Alsept of Salyersville, Ashley Nacole Minix of Prestonsburg and Kaylee Marie Alsept of Prestonsburg; and his siblings, Ernie Alsept of Hazel Green and Donna Alsept of Prestonsburg.
