He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Carl Collins and Billy Stewart. He is survived by: his parents, Eddie Collins and Brandi Hardwick Collins; his wife Johnna Collins; his siblings, Kirsten Collins of Salyersville, Reagan Collins of Salyersville and Branson Cooper Collins of Salyersville; and his grandmothers, Sherry Collins and Mecca Stewart. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousin, family and friends.
