She was predeceased by: her sister Anette Risner King. She is survived by: her husband Harlan "Sarge" Rowe; her children, Sigs B. Rowe of Salyersville, Rigs B. Rowe (Becky) of Salyersville and Mattie Rose Rowe of Salyersville; her brother Gary "Rooster" Risner of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Makayla, Heath, Jeffery, Dylan, Chaseton and Liberty Rose; and her great grandchildren, Deron, Eli, Willow and Aubrey.
