He is survived by: his wife Shirley Conley Ratcliff; his daughter Tommi Lemaster of Salyersville; his grandson Nicholas Quest Adkins of Salyersville; his siblings, Debra Ratcliff Samons (Ronnie) of Martin, Shelia Williams (John) of Banner, Raymond Ratcliff of Prestonsburg and Gary Ratcliff of Allen; and his brother-in-law Paul Daniels of Ohio. He is also survived by several loving nieces, nephews, host of family and friends.
