It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Risner of Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther Green Risner and Imogene Collins Caldwell; and his siblings, Udell Risner, Marcus "Froug" Risner and Mildred Slusher.
He is survived by : his daughters, Michelle Conley (Tim) of Salyersville, Treva Howard (Trevor) of Salyersville and Victoria Sanders (Zachery) of Lowmansville; his sister Opal Colvin (John) of Paintsville; his grandchildren, Brooklynn Caudill, Dylan Conley, Caylee Conley, Jerica Stephens, Corbin Howard, Cade Howard, Emma Sanders, Godric Sanders and Alyssa Sanders; and his great grandchild Irelynn Caudill.
