She is survived by: her children, Michael Risner (Maria) of Corpus Christi, Mitchell Risner (Marlena) of Royalton and Angela Risner of Salyersville; her siblings, Chalmer Williams (Hope) of Jackson, Addis Williams (Peggy) of Salyersville, Earnest Williams (Wanda) of Salyersville, Russell Williams (Debbie) of Salyersville, Wanda Prater of Salyersville and Gladys Allen (Chandler) of Salyersville; her grandchildren, Jeffery Shepherd (Emily), Andrew Shepherd, Emmalee Risner, Aaron Slusher, Kaydence Risner, Ethan Risner and Raegann Risner; and her great grandchild Asher James.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Bethel Assembly of God.
