He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Tevis Adams and Hilda Riffle Adams; his siblings, Ruth Beaubeir, Mable Berry, Helen Spurlock, Nancy Berry, Kenneth C. Adams, Samuel E. Adams, Albert C. Adams, Omer Adams, Warren Adams, Merle D. Adams, William Forrest Adams, Tim Adams, Thomas L. Adams and Forrest Adams; and his grandson Lorin Kayla Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Tharp Adams; his daughters, Lori Lynn Bennett (Rusty) of Sanders, KY and Kimberly Sue Adams of Sanders, KY.; his siblings, Nellena Adcock of Carrollton, KY and James Adams of Upton, KY.; his grandchildren, Nathaniel Bennett (Jamie) of Virginia Beach, VA, Natalie Profitt (Jacob) of Middletown, OH, Lorinda Bennett of Sanders, KY, Bryan Wallace (Kayla) of Ghent, KY and Ainsley Spenneberg (Travis) of Ghent, KY; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte Bennett, Harper Bennett, Clark Profitt, Waylon Spenneberg and Owen Spenneberg.
He retired in 2024 from his position at the Carroll County Memorial Hospital Information Desk, but his contributions to the community spanned many years and roles, including working as a Courier Journal Delivery Agent, a bus driver for Carroll County Schools, and a Deputy Jailer for Carroll County Jail.
