Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Russell leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Edward Perry Sr. and America Perry; his children, Faye Chandler and Steven Chandler; and his siblings, Richard Perry and Joyce Riley.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Perry; his children, Shirley Perry Rose (Jason) and Jennifer Perry (Christopher); and his sister Brenda McIntosh (Delbert). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
