He is survived by: his children, Douglas White (Melinda) of Columbia, David Owens (Patricia), Hiede Krueger of Salt Lick, Kentucky, Heather Teegarden (Matthew Dalton) of Ashville, Ohio, Kevin Reynolds of Sandy Hook, Kentucky and Alexandra White of Portsmouth, Ohio; and his daughter-in-law Debra White of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. He is also survived by one grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and two nephews.
