He was predeceased by : his parents, Cecil Gernie Wagoner and Lena Klotine Wagoner; his sister Vellis Evelyn Wagoner; and his granddaughter Emily Taylor Fraley. He is survived by : his wife Sylvia Lynn Wagoner; his children, Timmy Ryian Wagoner of Sandy Hook, Jimmy Brian Wagoner of Sandy Hook and Angela Lena Stafford "Shawn" of Sandy Hook; his brother Robert Lee Wagoner of Florida; his grandchildren, Jacob Scott Fraley, Raven Alexandra Gilliam "Dustin" and Brooklyn Sha'Leigh Stafford; and his great grandchild Harper Nichole Gilliam.
