She was predeceased by : her parents, Orville Ison and Merinda Maggard Ison; her husband Billy Ray Hill, Sr.; her son Billy Ray Hill, Jr.; and her siblings, Will Edd Ison, Ray Ison, Ira Vernon Ison and Iona Clevenger.

She is survived by : her brother Matthew Ison (Mary) of Elliott County, KY; and her friend Wendell Gauvey of Elliott County, KY.. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
