He is survived by: his close friend Beverly Doolin of Sandy Hook; his children, Madison Fultz of Morehead, Jacob Fultz of Sandy Hook, Kentucky., Jasmine Fultz of Sandy Hook, Kentucky., Harley Fultz of Sandy Hook, Kentucky., Ashton Fultz of Sandy Hook, Kentucky. and Nevaeh Fultz of Sandy Hook, Kentucky.; his granddaughter Maya Jade Litz; and his brothers, Joe Fultz of Morehead, Billy Lee Fultz of Beaver Dam and Malcolm Fultz of Morehead.
