He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ed and Ruby Salyers Dickerson; and his brother Bobby Dickerson. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Waddell Dickerson; his sons, Mark Waddell (Serena), Brian Dickerson (Angie) and Jason Dickerson; and his brothers, Donald Dickerson, Bill Dickerson, Tom Dickerson and Richard Dickerson (Kim). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 19 great grandchildren, along with a host of extended family members and friends.
