He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gordon Duncan and Alberta Louise Rucker Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lynn Gray Duncan; his son William Michael Duncan; and his siblings, Bill Duncan (Nancy) of Austin, Fonda Duncan Miller of Ashland, Mike Duncan (Elsie) of Knoxville, Steve Duncan (Wadonna) of Fredericksburg and Gina Duncan Helm of Lexington, Kentucky..
