She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Maxie and Rosa May Maggard Maxie; and her brother David Maxie. She is survived by: her daughter Amy Elizabeth Knipp; and her siblings, Darrell Salyers (Eva), Greg Maxie, Sr., Shannon Mclaughlin (Larry) and Debbie Keeton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wallowhole Independent Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 14th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
