She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Adkins and Sarah Bowling Adkins; her husband Charles E. Lewis; and her siblings, Delphia Adkins, Myrtle Adkins, Elsie Lewis, Edith Adkins, Linda Martin, Joe Adkins and Clayton Adkins.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Lewis Keaton (Bryan) and Roger Lewis; her grandchildren, Chase Wagers, Luke Wagers, Sarah Wagers, Alana Lewis and Logan Lewis; and her siblings, Shirley Miller, Marvin Adkins (Linda) and Eldon Adkins (Brenda). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews, family and friends.
