He is survived by : his wife Carolyn Porter Whitt; his son Roy Franklin Whitt, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his daughter Rita Jo Jackson; his siblings, Garry Whitt, Evelyn Morgan (Frank) and Louwanna Whitt of Olive Hill; his grandchildren, Sarah Greenhill (Kegan), Rebekah Jackson, Kiley Whitt, Carver Whitt and Jasemine Ison; his great grandchild Braley Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Cox and Royce Porter of Elliott Co, Kentucky.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
