He is survived by: his wife Rita Ebel Peters; his daughter Paula Lewis of Bruin, Kentucky.; his granddaughter Hayley Perry; and his great grandchildren, Ryan Howard, Lindsay Howard, Janelle Perry and Ryleigh Howard.
