Willis; and her siblings, Lemon Mullins, Lenville Mullins, Opal Mullins, Elmer Mullins, Homer Mullins, Glenda Fay Hall, Charles Mullins, Wanda J. Brosamer and Glen Daryl Mullins.
She is survived by: her son Samuel R. Ison; her siblings, Larry Mullins (Linda), Michael Mullins (Bobbie), Versa Mae Williams and Maxine Cox; Billy Joe Ison. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Morningstar Baptist Church (208 Nutt Rd, Dayton, OH 45458). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Elliot County Memory Gardens (603 KY-7, Sandy Hook, KY 41171).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Day City Hospice (7601 Paragon Rd., Suite 201, Dayton, Ohio 45459) in honor of Willa's life and memory.
