He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Mike Adams, Ramey Adams Jr. and Morris Cornett. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Cornett and Christi Adams (Richard); his siblings, Jayde Cornett, Sandra Adams (Tanis), Ava Adams and Chris Adams (Leighann); his aunts, Courtney Watson (Terry) and Barbara Slone; his grandmothers, Joetta Adams and Vicki Adams; his girlfriend Tiffany Barber; and his close friends, Maddie, Kenzie, Merribeth, Brandon, Mathew and Mark.
In Lieu of flowers family has asked donations can be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
