He is survived by: his father Shafter Couch; his wife Linda Adams Couch; his daughters, Judy Couch (Leo Hamilton), Valerie Whitaker (Doyle) and Keisha Couch (JR Hendrickson); and his siblings, Timothy Couch, Jody Couch, Teresa Turner, Peggy Cornett, Sarah Francis and Sheila Couch. He is also survived by 16 Grandchildren & 14 Great-Grandchildren; A Host of Beloved Nieces, Nephews.
