She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Stephens and Susie Turner Stephens; her husband Norman Salyers; and her siblings, Oliver Bastin, Lonnie McKinney, Ray, Ronald Lee, Glen, Larry Stephens, Bonnie Smith, Beulah Singleton, Faye Guinn, Norma Salyers, Margie Hall and Joann Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Stringer (Reese) of Somerset, Donna Watson (Reed) of Science Hill and David Salyers of Fort Lee; her grandchildren, Bryan Stringer (Tammie), Stephanie Smith (Paul), Jared Kemper (Christy) and Krista Singleton (Brent); her great grandchildren, Blake, Braeden, Bailey Stringer, Lucas, Lauren Smith, Cora, Dakota, Noah Singleton, Jase and Kinley Kemper; her aunt Dorothy Cook of Sellersburg; and her siblings, Wanda Henderson (Jimmy), Betty Lou Wall (Marvin) and Wayne Stephens (Jane). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
