Viewing was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Main Chapel (5900 US Hwy 27, Science Hill, KY 42553). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to help support Reggie's ongoing care and related expenses as we continue to provide 24-hour care at home.
