She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Clay and Sarah Catherine Warren (Dick); her husband Brentis Ray Dick; and her siblings, Milford, Adam, Will, Everett, Carless, Brad Warren, Vina Taylor, Hazel Mofield, Mary Wiles, Wilma Hollors and Venia Adams.
She is survived by: her son Jeffery Ray Dick (Tim Samons) of Science Hill; and her brothers, Frank of Science Hill and Carl "Boss" Warren of Science Hill.
