He was predeceased by: his parents, William T. White and Ethel Mae White (Pierce); his wife Nellie White; and his siblings, Beecher William White and Judy Brock (Bob).
He is survived by: his children, Jeff White (Patricia) of Glasgow, KY, Chuck White (Tina) of Somerset, KY and Jackie White Rogers of Somerset, KY; his brothers, Billy Joe White (Nancy) of Cincinnati, OH and Bobby Gene White (Patye) of Lawrenceburg, IN; and his sister-in-law Karen White of Alexandria, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
