He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Elliott and Maurine Elliott; his wife Elsie Elliott; his siblings, Danny Elliott (Sarah) and Ruthie Carolyn New; and his granddaughter Marissa Elliott.
He is survived by: his sons, Freddie Lee Elliott (Celena) of Casey County and Kelvin Elliott of Casey County; his siblings, Timmy Elliott, Randall Elliott (Trish), Donna Meece (Bruce) and Billie Elliott; and his close friend Sondra Sanders. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
