She is survived by: her husband James Johnson; her son Jayme Dykes (Ashley); her grandchildren, Dreagan and Dylan Dykes; her sister Kathy Hines; her nieces, Tammie Stringer (Bryan) and Pam Walden (John); her nephew Trevor Roy; her stepson Scott Johnson (Charlene); and her grandchildren, Skyler Shortridge, Caitlynn Johnson and Caleb Johnson.
In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form in donations to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
